This film invites the viewer to board a train on the Metropolitan line and travel through Edwardian London, from the city's centre (Baker Street) to its outskirts (Uxbridge and Aylesbury).
Much of the journey has not changed in almost a century, with the very same route being travelled today. Many of the stations are still in use, with only superficial alterations.
Keywords: train, train journey, tracks, villages, bridge, stations, platforms, travelling, phantom ride.
